Complete the form below if  you wish to furnish poinsettias for the Advent and Christmas season in honor, memory, or celebration of a loved one. Orders will be received through Monday, November 25. Names will appear in our Christmas Eve Worship Service.

Please submit a payment in the amount of $10 for each poinsettia you would like to order. You can drop your payment in the offering basket, the office or mail your check
(made to Heart of the Rockies with 'Christmas Poinsettias' in the memo) to PO Box 273167, Fort Collins CO 80527.
